Joyce Garner Windsor, 59 of Bedford, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014 at her residence. She was born on Friday, July 22, 1955 in Clinton, NC, a daughter of Elwood Rudolph Garner of Bedford who survives and the late Nell Devone Holloman Garner. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, William Albert Windsor; a daughter, Angela Lucille Isom of MD; a son, William Brian Windsor of MD; two sisters, Kay Shaffier, Tina Francisco both of Bedford; four brothers, Junior Garner of Leonardtown, MD, Mickey Garner of Lexington Park, MD, Lynn Garner of Mechanicsville, MD, Randy Garner of Bedford; her grandchildren, Anthony, Aaron, Alaina, Austin, Aiden, Ava & Lucas Windsor & Jesse Isom. A Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Updike Funeral Chapel, Bedford with Rev. Mark Flores officiating. The family will receive friends Friday morning from 11 AM until the time of the service at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
