Denny Eugene Parker, 73 of Bedford, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at his residence. He was born on Saturday, January 11, 1941 in Welch, WV, a son of the late John Wesley Parker and Ruth Dotson Parker. He was retired from Brachs Candy and was a member of Center Point United Methodist Church. Surviving is his wife, Irma Marie Caudillo Parker; his daughter, Denise Parker of Bedford; his sons, Bryon D. Parker of Orlando, FL, David G. Parker of NY, Michael S. Parker of Buckley, IL; his grandchildren, Marissa Parker, Bradley Dennis Parker, Jake Parker, Emma Parker, all of Bedford, Bryon D. Parker of Orlando, FL, Meghan Parker of TX, David G. Parker, Meghann J. Parker, Kaitlynn Parker all of Chicago, IL, Michael J. Parker, Nicole M. Parker, Mickayla Parker, Zachary Parker both of Buckley, IL as well as his great-granddaughter, Elise Parker of Chicago, IL. Funeral services will be held at the graveside at Center Point United Methodist Church Cemetery on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1:00 pm with Rev. William Clark officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 until 9 PM at Updike Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bedford.
